HTTPS requests calls the another web site

    is there any way to force https calls to http to that particular web site?

    Yes, but this site must have SSL enabled and a valid SSL cert in that case as well.

    i'll upload 90days ssl certificate from zero ssl to fix the problem, but i was wondering is there any way to fix without ssl certificate?
    I mean at hosting companie's servers if your site doesn't have SSL and if you call the site through https it returns error on browser and when you click "ok i know the risk" button on chrome then it shows your website not the another domain, how do they do it?

    Then they created a self-signed SSL certificate, so the site has SSL then. You can create self-signed SSL certs in ISPConfig as well, but running a site without SSL makes no sense today as users will abort to visit it because most browser will show it as insecure plus you will not rank well in search engines without ssl.
