I can not use the ftp

Hy all,

I can not use the ftp.
I used account "admin" or "mail admin", but not works.
Port 21 allow in firewall.

You must use a username created in ISPConfig (on the User & Email tab of a web site). Such users have names like web1_someuser.
Please make sure that you don't mix up ISPConfig users (that can log in to ISPConfig) and system users (that can use email and FTP).

Before not connect, but now with allow the port 20 and 21 now worked.
I connect with web1_xxxxx and worked.

In your FTP client (which one do you use?) you can select between active and passive FTP. Please try both.
