I am not receiving external e-mails after updating ISPConfig and/or disabling web server and pure-ftpd in ISPConfig (I only need ISPConfig for e-mail and monitoring service.) The SMTP server works fine on both internal and external connections. The test of sending a message to the same address is passed, but messages from external servers do not reach to the mailboxes and messages are lost. I have tried to solve this problem myself, but to no avail. This is presumably not a dns, firewall, or SSL certificate problem. The 'mydestination' option is set correctly in /etc/postfix/main.cf. Take a look at the firewall settings in ISPConfig and ensure that port 25 (TCP) is listed there. When port 25 is closed, then you will not receive any emails.
