I just setup a test email account that will be used for sending mail. I have know idea how, but I do have a dynamic IP. SORBs I think is IP based and not domain name based though. I sent them a email to remove my IP. Why is my account being rejected? That's the problem. Most dynamic IPs are blacklisted nowadays. You can check on which blacklists you are listed: http://www.mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx
