The A records for ns1 and ns2 are not ok. You should either have ns1.letsgocams.com. ns2.letsgocams.com. (notice the dot at the end!) or just ns1 ns2 but not ns1.letsgocams.com ns2.letsgocams.com
Yes, that looks better. You can test the local dns server on the shell with the command: dig @localhost letsgocams.com

You also need a glue record: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Domain_Name_System#Circular_dependencies_and_glue_records
I suggest you contact Godaddy support and ask them to help you with the glue records. I'm not familiar with GoDaddy because I don't have an account there.
