My PC is fitted with two hard disks. While I Am on Ubuntu Eventhough I could access all the partitions I am not able to identify quickly the partitions because
the information displayed as new volume, new volume .etc.request guidance to access the partitions in a manner so that identification is easy.Hope I have explained my difficulty properly.thanks

How are volumes displayed on your system? What's the output of
    Code:
    fdisk -l
    ?
