If client set russian language, he see #$@#$& but not russian words

    If client set russian language, he see #$@#$& but not russian words in menu DNS->DNS Zone->Records

    Most likely a language file is corrupted or saved as latin1 and not UTF8. As we dont speak russian, we cant fix it. Maybe a russian speaker can fix the language file(s) of the dns moule and then exports them with the language export function.
