If vsftpd.conf should be in /etc and it's not there, where is it?

Greetings, as discussed in this thread:
    https://www.howtoforge.com/community/threads/pure-ftp-error-tls-renegotiation.82613/
as of the last update of filezilla this no longer works well with ubuntu 18.04 and ispconfig.
Because of this I want to make a change in my vsftpd.conf but I find the surprise that this is not found in /etc/vsftpd.conf Does anyone know the path of that file or the file I should modify?
It should be noted to configure the server use this guide:
    https://www.howtoforge.com/tutorial/ubuntu-ispconfig-automated-install-script/
Using find. -name vsftpd.conf I only find that file in this path ./fail2ban/filter.d/vsftpd.conf is that vsftpd configuration file or is there another path?

Thank you in advance for your support, good day

ISPConfig does not support or use vsftpd, it uses pure-ftpd. so there is no vsftpd.conf on an ISPConfig system and there should not be such a file.

Thank you for shedding light in this regard. Now I understand it all.
