OK, Im new to ISPConfig and I need some assistance, I read the instructions, and most of it made sence. The problem that I am having is trying to view my websites index.html page.

In the Instructions it says this "Every user of a site has his own home directory in the folder "user". For example, the user "testuser" has the home directory "user/testuser". If FTP access is allowed for the site a user (if he is not the site administrator, see chapter III-2.2.1) will find himself in his home directory after the FTP login (thus "user/testuser").

In every home directory you can find the folder "web" whose contents can be reached through the internet via

    http://www.domain.tld/~testuser/

    or

    http://www.domain.tld/users/testuser/ ,

where "testuser" and "www.domain.tld" have to be replaced appropriately"

I am reading it like this, I hope someone can tell me what I am doing wrong. My ip address for my server ( on the lan side ) is 192.168.0.4. my username is web9_username and the site name is testing. if I am understanding the instructions I should type in http://192.168.0.4/web9_username/testing/index.html .... IS this correct, because when I try this, nothing is coming up. HEEELLLLLPPPP ME PLEASE what am I missing, IM READY TO START BANGING MY HEAD because I know it something simple.

You must access websites in ISPConfig by their domain name. They can not be accessed by IP address!
