IMAP emails not syncing correctly

I am using ISPConfig with IMAP for ages now, and for some reason after a couple of updates the emails to mailbox are not synced correctly.

e.g A mailboxe that is setup in multiple pcs, doesn't show sent emails from one pc to another (although the imap folder mapping is set on server for both). This happens with mobiles and webmail as well. But not with all mail.
    Any ideas?

    Updates of what?
Do you mean some sync software to keep two mailboxes contents identical, or just same IMAP account is used on several hosts and the contents of mailbox are not the same?
Is this discrepancy only the Sent folder? What is shown in that folder on different PCs?

    ISPconfig Version updates
Same IMAP account used by many hosts (3pcs, 3 mobile phones, 2 macs for instance) all using different mail softwares (outlook, mail, android etc) and the mailbox sent and inbox is missing some emails on some.

Have you tried repair folder? At least Thunderbird has this in folder properties.
I assume you have really verified the Sent and Inbox were visible with all e-mails before those updates?
Any errors on e-mail server, dovecot or maybe check all logs.

Maybe you are using POP instead of IMAP on one of the accounts? This behaviour should not be related to ISPConfig.

I tried repairing, I deleted the whole mailbox from the client and re-setup it to download again all msgs and still nothing. On my mac I have all the mail and on other devices is not syncing correctly. No errors whatsoever in dovecot.

No Im pretty sure that IMAP is the configured devices, anyway POP is blocked from my firewall as well as disabled in all these accounts so no one can use them accidentally
