Ensure that the URL that you entered is correct and that the connection is not blocked by a firewall.
there was 2 problems first of all my server resolves the ip before with ipv6 secondary the source server hasn't an ipv6 address.... so i have used directly ipv4 and everithing goes fine. Thanks !
