I was following this tutorial for importing emails but it doesn't have the imapsync. I tried fetchemail, but it only import the inbox folder, but I want to import everything including sent, trash, etc. So how can I do that? Greets, Luis Daniel
Imapsync is a commercial software now, but ther are similar tools available for free. you can e.g. use imapcopy: https://code.google.com/p/imapcopy/downloads/list on some distributions like debian you can get imapcopy also as package: http://manurevah.com/blah/en/p/Migrate-emails-with-Imapcopy
Only today I did the import. That tutorial is very simple and work for what I want. IMPORTANT: It don't sync the accounts but copy it, as the name says, so if anyone want just copy them it's fine, however be in mind if the program is executed 2 times, you'll get a duplicated emails.
