hi, i have recently bought a dedicated virtual at mdeiatemple and installed there ispconfig without problems. i was hosting my sites in a shared server using WHM and CPANEL. i would like to know if i can import the emails in the old server into ispconfig. thanks.
You need to copy the emails "manually". 'imapsync' is a tool to use the IMAP protocol. See http://directory.fsf.org/imapsync.html for a starting point. And of course you could do it using any client. Open both mail folders on the different servers and drag-n-drop folders. Only workable if you have only a few mailboxes imho.
