Import one ISPConfig account

Hi, hope all are well

I have necessity to migrate one user from Debian 9 + ISCP 3.1.13p1 to a Debian 10 + ISPConfig 3.2

Is there some way to import his ISPC user configuration, or should I recreate again his account, email accounts, etc.?
Could be both Debian and ISPC versions compatible for that only purpose?

 

For one client, I have created the client on the target server and copied the data manually.
However, the Migration Toolkit howto does say

--only-client=<username>
                Only migrate a single client and it's data (web, mail
etc.).
