incoming emails not working on ait vps hosting

Hi,
i host my domain on godaddy.com. i created hostnames ns1.mydomain.com and ns2.mydomain.com on godaddy to point to the servers ip address.
i can send email with no problems at all. however to receive emails i can not receive anything. here are the dns settings ispconfig 3 the next message has the mails logs. can anyone understand them and tell me what to do.

restart clamav and amavis

 

sorry to ask, how do i restart them? when i try systemctl restart clamav.service or amavis.service it gives me an error:
