I installed ispconfig but the domain was not set properly so the ssl certificate could not be verified. I fixed the domain and as far as I understood the certificate be fixed by running the updater. However when I run the updater (either with or without reconfiguring services) it fails to verify the acme challenge. This seems to be caused by the updater; apache gets reloaded and fails. It complains:
SSLCertificateFile: file '/usr/local/ispconfig/interface/ssl/ispserver.crt' does not exist or is empty
This must be done by the updater because when I manually check it the file exists and is not empty. So when I manually restart apache after running the updater apache start fine.

Is this a bug or do I need to do something else before running the updater?

    thx.
