   Hi ,
   
   I search to install ispconfig serveur with my dedicatd mysql server, it 's possible to configure à distant mysql server to root mysql server on ispconfig appliance?

   till Super Moderator Staff Member ISPConfig Developer

   ISPConfig requires always a local mysql server as this is e.g. used for config caching etc. But you can attach as many additional dedicated mysql servers for the website databases to this install. It is described in this tutorial:
