You seem to have a partial install on the server so that neither install nor update can work. mv /usr/local/ispconfig /usr/local/ispconfig_bak and then use install.php to install ISPConfig.
Thank you, but with this solution, script say "ERROR: Stopped: database already contains some tables". EDIT: Now it's ok.
