I currently use debian and vhcs as my web server software. I need something easy and automated because I don't have enough spare time to mess with all sorts of config files and such. I like vhcs and debian because it was easy to install and update, all of it worked with apt-get. Are there any distros or setups out there for ISPConfig that come preconfigured, or install easily without much user input with apt-get? obviously vhcs isn't such a good thing anymore, (insecure) and I have it extremely firewalled and all the features practically disabled.
ISPConfig does not come as apt package, but this does not mean that ISPConfig is not esy to install as there are many detailed howtos for ISPconfig. E.g. if you want to install ISPConffig on debian 4.0, just follow this howto: http://www.howtoforge.com/perfect_setup_debian_etch For other linux distributions, have a look here: http://www.ispconfig.org/documentation.htm
