I am running a Debian 9 with NGINX. I wanted to install MongoDB and Node.js.

What is the best way to install/implement these programs.

    Thanks

Like any Debian software, I would install them with apt, but I don't use them so I can't give you more detailed instructions. I don't think that they will interfere with ISPConfig as long as you don't try to make node.js listen on a port used by nginx, instead you could use a ispconfig website as proxy vhost for node.js.
