Installed sucessfully but can't access web admin after reboot

I followed the ISPConfig install instructions, and was able to access the web admin just fine.

I then rebooted my server, and now I can't access the web admin over port 81 any more.

Is there something that I have to start manually? Apache appears to be working for the sites under ISPConfig's control. I can also browse to http://mydomain.com/, but not https://mydomain.com.
