Hi All, I'm new to this so please excuse my ignorance.

I am trying to use Duplicator Pro to move a WordPress site to a server running ISPConfig 3.1.7p1.

I can upload files into the web root but when I try and run examplewebsite.com/installer.php, I get the error message above. I can upload html files to it and see those though. Could somebody please explain (as simply as possible!) what I'm doing wrong and how to resolve it?
    Thanks in advance, Duncan

ensure that you enabled php in the website. the PHP mode should be set to php-fpm or php-fcgi in ISPConfig and the suexec checkbox must be enabled.

Thanks for replying till. I think I've found the option under Web Domain. It give me the option of PHP-FHM (but no php-fcgi). I've changed it and then tried to save it but when I go back to it, it appears to be Disabled again. There isn't a suexec checkbox (that I can see)

Login as admin and not client. If you're not the admin, then please ask the person in charge of this server to enable PHP and suexec in that site for you.
