   How do I install ISPConfig where HTTP server in one box( e.g. xx.xx.xx.xx) and Mysql and Postfix on differente box( e.g. xx.xx.xx.xz)? Please advice

   This is not supported in ISPConfig 2. ISPConfig 3 will support this. You will find download links for the first alpha versions of ISPConfig 3 in the development forum.
