Hello All, I have been working to install ISPConfig on my Ubuntu 8.04 server. Upon finishing the install, I see an error that concerns me: Code: ########## WEB SERVER ########## Checking for program httpd... /usr/bin/httpd OK Checking the syntax of the httpd.conf... httpd: bad user name ${APACHE_RUN_USER} ERROR: The syntax of your httpd.conf is not ok! Please correct the error. The in stallation routine stops here! I have not made any changes to httpd.conf, can someone help me understand what the problem is here?
Do you use the latest ISPConfig version (2.2.24)? Did you use this guide to set up the system? http://www.howtoforge.com/perfect-server-ubuntu8.04-lts
