    Hi everybody,

I'm new to HowtoForge and so to linux. Just trying to give a try. Using windows for last 14 years - from 3.1.

I've a 320G HDD having winxp at c: and vista at H. Have created a 40G non-formatted space at my HDD.

Shall I be able to install Fedora on that?

    Thanks in advance.

That's plenty for Fedora. Go ahead with the install. Fedora will add Windows to the boot loader so you will be able to choose between Windows and Fedora.

Yes, of course, you can ...
Search for howto-s for installating fedora desktop and follow the guide ...
When you come to the partitioning step choose the unpartitioned space ... after installation the boot loader will give you multiple options for booting Linux or windows
    :)
