Salutations, Is there a way to do an interactive configuration update when upgrading ispconfig? Right now I update the configs like this: I backup dirs I have custom configs for (postfix and courier for example), then I run ispconfig_update.sh and allow it to reconfigure services, and then I place back the directories I used before. This is a pretty intensive job and I'm curious if I can simplify it.. Ideally I'd like to see a config file diff so that I can choose to update certain files or not. Even a manual config file update would be a bit less demanding than what I currently do. Thanks for any answer to my question, -void.
Thanks for the response, falko. Any plans to integrate this? Even something as simple as "publish new configs in temporary dir" (e.g. /root/newconfig) would be extremely helpful.
