Hi to all! First excuse me for my bad english! I've a very strange situation in a my costumer: I've installed ISPconfig for a domain xxx.it Customer have 10 account but only 7 are configured in the server and mail are fetched with fetcmail from external provider. ISPconfig is configured to send mail with external host. PROBLEM: When from ad internal account ex. one@ xxx.it send mail to ten @ xxx.it or nine @ xxx.it or eight @ xxx.it server respond "user unknow" There is a solution or workaround?
create the missing 3 email accounts in ispconfig. probably best to take a copy/backup of their mail folders in /var/vmail/xxx.it/ first, don't expect anything to happen to them but it's best to be prepared...
