Invalid chars if translate into cyrillic

    I'm trying to edit `global` in system/language/ of the ispConfig panel (V3).
    After I type translation and save it, it become unreadable in field (like "Ð�айÑ�Ð"), but displayed correctly on isp.

    Is it possible to fix it?
