Hello, We have the ISPConfig billing module installed and have noticed that it is generating invoices with zero amounts, even if items are added to the invoice. In addition, the billing module no longer appears to be generating PDFs. Can you please advise on how to fix this? Thanks, Alex
Hi Alex, the most likely reason is e.g. a custom pdf template which is not compatible with the currently installed billing module version or the installed billing module version is ot compatible with the ispconfig version. Support for the billing module is available for free by email to info [at] ispconfig [dor] org or trough our ticket system http://support.projektfarm.com/. It might be better if you contact us there as we need details of your billing installation which you might not ant to post publicly here.
