Ioncube showing the httpd.exe error white accessing the pages in moodle1.9.2

I have installed ioncube in my system an i using windows and it showing the java script "httpd.exe error and program will be closed by windows" and I am using ioncube with my moodle1.9.2 and i am attachung the screenshot with this mail.

Can please any one help on this
