What is the best way to deal with an IP addresses change? I guess change them in database and let ISPConfig regenerate the configuration files... if so, how to force regeneration of configuration files in ISPConfig?

Please describe the setup and usage of that IP a bit more. Is it an additional IP, the main ip of the server, is it a master node in a multiserver setup or slave node or standalone?

Standalone setup of ISPConfig. Multiple IP addresses configured on the server and 3 IP addresses configured in ISPConfig. They all need to change because the server needs to move to a new datacenter and as such to a new network. Hope this is all the requested additional information.

In that case, changing the ip in the database should be fine. To regenerate the vhosts, use Tools > resync in ISPConfig UI on the websites.
