hello, On a multisetup i needed to change the ip of the mailserver. The server is comnnecting and changes are getting populated on the mailserver. On the mailserver i see in the database server > updated changing But on the mainserver the the server > updated record is not updated. So now im keeping the counter on top of the screen. Any idees why?
Did you already change the IP of the mail server? Have you also altered /etc/hosts file on all hosts in your ISPConfig setup? Have you fixed the host accounts in Database? Hosts have IP-address named accounts. Have you changed the name service to reflect that IP-address change?
Yes i did No why, the servers are communicating, only the counter on the main database is not updating/ servid/servername is the same, only the ip is changed, i did this before with a ip on the same block without any problems. now it is a IP on a different IPBLock you mean the dns yes that is working
