IPConfig 3.1 postfix/smtp Connection timed out

    Hi team,
    After a fresh install of "The Perfect Server - Debian 9 (Stretch) with Apache, BIND, Dovecot, PureFTPD and ISPConfig 3.1" I created a new and first client email account. However I can not sent or receive email. I am using No-ip client in my sever
