i have a centos 6 perfect server setup with ispconfig 3 install. I have decided to use the standard firewall script and not configuration via ispconfig, so i am using system-config-firewall-tui to configure the rules. I've noticed that somehow my iptables get overridden and my custom ports are deleted. Any ideas why this is happening ?

I think the problem is probably with fail2ban. Do i have to add a rule there ? i.e. i want to change ssh port from 22 to 64737. How do i do that ?

    Thanks

fail2ban is not altering any portbased rules.
