    Hello,

Is ispConfig a name server by default.

For instance if I setup a domain name, can I set the NS records for the domain to point to the ispConfig IP address and then the website will display?

I want to use this as an ISP DNS server and web hosting server.

So I asked my domain register to setup ns1.myname.com.au and ns2.myname.com.au and point them to 2x seperte IP.
The NS1.myname.com.au is pointing to one of the 5x IP that I gave to ispConfig.

But what I want to know is have I dont this correct?
What extra steps are needed to make ns1.myname.com.au to work?
Can my DSL customers use my DNS servers in their connection for domain resolution?
Can I lock the DNS so only my IP range can access it?

    Cheers
