So.... I have 1 PC with ISPConfig. Is it possible, if I assign 2 (or more) IP addresses to make it Primary and Secondary NS?

    Yes it is possible

I have two different hostnames (e.g. ns1.mydomain.com and ns2.mydomain.com) assigned to their own IP addresses on the same ISPConfig box, and it works.

That said, the idea of having at least two nameservers is to provide some redundancy in case one is unavailable, but in this case since none of the websites on the box are served by other machines, if DNS is down, chances are pretty good that the web server is down as well ...

It`s not smart to host both of the name servers on the same box.

Im hosting mij ns1 on ISPconfig and mij ns2 secondary server.
