I have created some alias domain. After this shows red circle with number like it should be. But before it disappeared I have deleted this alias and then I have created it again. After this apache was stopped/crashed, because he couldn't find error.log file under /var/log/ispconfig/httpd/alias.domain.com/error.log. I couldn't create this file manually. I had to restart the server, because I couldn't start apache anyway.

    PS
Of course, when I do things like above a little slower, when red circle disappear, then all work perfect.

It does not matter how fast you add something as all actions are always done in order. I just tested what you did and added an alias domain, deleted it and added it again while the red circle is blinking and there is no issue at all. Besides that, Alias domains do not have their own error.log, so whatever you did, you did not create an alias domain when the creation or not creation of a log file for that domain was involved. Only websites, vhost alias and vhost subdomains can have it's own error log but not alias or subdomains.
