I would like to set up a second server off-site that stays updated with my primary Ubuntu Servier that hosts our websites and email. If there is a power loss or corruption with the primary, I could simply switch the DNS entries to the backup while fixing it. Is this possible and if so where can I find info on how to do it? Thanks

On top of that it will take more time to maintain to prevent downtime. For email, it can be done without too much struggles. This is already done in the newest Multiserver guide.
