Is there an end-user control panel?

Is there a control panel for the domain end-user to do things like control his email forwarding, etc? I checked the manual, but it didn't help me. I have a user set up for testing, and I go to https://domain.com:81, and I have tried logging in with

    domain.com_unco / passwd
    [email protected] / passwd
    unco / passwd

None of these is working. Unfortunately, I didn't install this and I have no access to anything but the ISPConfig control panel as the admin user. We have probably 25-30 domains on there with users who would like to have a control panel for, well, control over their accounts.

What have I done wrong here? I hate having this feeling like every time I have to do something with ISPConfig, I'm going to cry. I've almost quit my job over it a few times.

    client versus user

    Hi unco
you probably mixed user and client.
To manage websites you have to set a client who will be able to manage his websites.
For access to client's website control panel use https://domain.com:81 (if you have SSL website enabled) or http://domain.com:81 (if you don't).
Client have login data set on 'login data' tab - there you can set for your client his/her username (to be used for login instead yours 'admin' username) and his/her password.
Remember that if you create on 'new site' a user under 'user & email' tab, this user is able to access his/her email only. S/he is not able to manage websites nor email forwarding etc.
Client is able to log onto website administration and do settings for email user under ISP manager => website (domain.com) => user & email tab => user (unco) => advanced settings tab => forward.
    hope this help :)
