I found out that my ISP is blocking all my common ports like 80, 8080, 25 etc. so my mail server isn't working either. On my network it runs like a dream. what can I do to change all of those ports, so that my hole system working, my pop3, web, ispconfig3??
Running services is likely against your TOS. You could upgrade to a commercial account if allowed/available, those are ususally un-blocked and have a static IP. Or, just get a linode.com vm and do all your server stuff there - that way, you have more bandwidth, no power worries, etc.
