ISP Blocking port 80 & 8080

I tired changing the port # /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf and it goes to the standard fedora test page. I added port 8081 to the ispconfig firewall and changed the port under the monitoring section. where and how do I have to change it to work with ispconfig?

 

I changed the port in /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf to 8081 and changed the /root/ispconfig/scripts/lib/config.lib.php

it says the web-server is offline can anyone give me a clue?

 

Are you sure you told ISPConfig to monitor port 8081 now instead of 80?

 

yes i set it under monitoring and firewall

 

Please check the PHP code in /root/ispconfig/scripts/shell/check_services.php if it monitors port 80 or 8081.
