isp config 3.03, quotas, pannel freeze

I have a weird problem with ispconfig
Here is the details:

Ubuntu
Ispconfig 3.03

On a reseller account, as soon as I change the web site quota and overbook the overall account. Every web site stop working and I don't have access to ispconfig. Apache is going down. I need to restart apache!

Anybody have an idea!

 

Are there any errors in Apache's error log?

I also check in the dmesg log and here is what I found:

The server is a guest in a virtual box host.

These are just notices, not warnings or errors. This hsould cause no problem.

Please try

quotacheck -avugm
quotaon -avug

 

Here is what return on those 2 commands

root@domain:/home# quotacheck -avugm

Please turn quotas off or use -f to force checking.

So I force it with

root@domain:/home# quotacheck -avugmf
quotacheck: Scanning /dev/mapper/domain.server.com-root [/] done
quotacheck: Checked 26895 directories and 227870 files
root@domain:/home#

After i ran

root@domain:/home# quotaon -avug
quotaon: using //aquota.group on /dev/mapper/domain.server.com-root [/]: Device or resource busy
quotaon: using //aquota.user on /dev/mapper/domain.server.coma-root [/]: Device or resource busy

 

Please reboot the machine.

 

Machine rebooted

I just rebooted the guest machine this weekend, it was impossible before and it did not fix the problem.
Every time one of the reseller change website or other quota apache doesn't work anymore.

Can this be caused by the 3.03 version? Is an update can fix this?

Any other idea!
