Hello all, i am new to isp config, i just installed, all seemed to work but i have two really big problems.

    1. ISPconfig won't let me log in using the username admin and the password admin as it should........ is there some way to reset that etc.....

    2. It appears as though ispconfig has disabled php, which is bad since there are actually websites on this box........

Anyone have any ideas..... i am pretty sure once i can log into ispconfig i can enable php..... right

I figured out that the mysql database was empty and that is my problem, there are no users, why isn't the software populating the database?? IS there any way to populate the DB without recompiling.... recompiling isn't fun.

PHP will have to be disabled globally, otherwise it can not be activated on a per website basis.

Create new websites in ISPConfig for your existing sites and copy the content to the new directories created by ISPConfig.

If you want to allow PHP globally again which is not recommended, undo the apache configuration steps where you commented out lines from the perfect setup guide.
