Hello I have if there is one posibility to put several domains in on webserver with ispconfig, this is good for drupal instalations where several domains are automatically redirected and themes an files are stored in web/sites/www.xxx.com/files so all domains shares the modules directory. regards
Drupal Since Drupal is a php app that is installed on any given domain, I don't see any problem with installing multiple instances of it on different domains of your, however if you want to use drual as a site management toolkit and not a content management toolkit I don't recommend using another site management control panel with it, especially ispconfig.
