Yes, thats no problem. You can add as may IP's as you like in ISPCOnfig. To bind the different services to the IP's you will have to edit their config files or for some services like bind, modify the master template in /root/ispconfig/isp/conf/

This has nothing to do with ISPConfig. You can do it with every ISPConfig version as this ahs to be configured manually in the config files anyway.
