    Hiya

a friend of mine has setup ISPC behind his router. He then setup a fictional domain and I added the info to my hosts file.

However when I try to access it I just get:

--> This IP address is multiple times in use. To reach the desired webpage please insert your domain instead of the ip address into the address bar of your browser.

However I did enter the domain. My question now is how can he make his server or router forward the correct domain info from the router to the server?

An easy fix, is to add the LAN IP of the server and domainname to the 'hosts' file that you are using to access the site.

It's possible that your friend used the wrong IP address in ISPconfig. He must use the IP address that is in the
    Code:
    ifconfig
output of his system, and this address must also be in Vhosts_ispconfig.conf.

somehow he sorted it out... I don't really know what was wrong but it's working now :) although he still ahve some problems with sending of emails... but I guess that's because he's got no static ip...
