Hi all, I'm starting to use ISPC3 for my usual tasks, and have a few questions : - With ISPC2, creating subdomains was very simple and didn't involve messing up manually with DNS zones. I understand it now does, requiring to create an A record. Can you confirm this ? - Also, when I created a subdomain with ISPC2, it was available almost immediatly, which doesn't seem to be the case with ISPC3 (DNS problem going on so maybe it's just my setup). - When I migrated using the provided script, my subdomains were migrated, but I cannot change them. Any try to change any info results in : How should I proceed to make them available 'the ISPC3 way' ? Must I destroy and recreate or is there a way to synchronize things automagicaly ?
Yes. It takes max. 60 seconds until changes have been written to disk in ispconfig 3. What exactly did you try to change?
OK glad to hear it's my DNS mess which delays the availability of subdomains. As for the change, even changing nothing and saving brings the error message. For example, changing the PHP version, or the client, or the perl option. Besides, the domain is not reported in the interface : every subdomain has its domain field set on the first domain in the sytem, in alphabetical order (i.e the first of the list). Trying to change this triggers the error too.
To clarify : the subdomains don't appear in any subdomain section : they only appear as separate websites in the regular sites tab.
