Hello, I'm wading into waters I've never been in before so forgive me if I seem ignorant at times. I've been a Linux user for years, but now that I'm retired I decided to try something new on one of my spare computers -- so I installed SuSE 11.2 (i586) and ISPConfig 2.2.36 using Falko Timme's Howto (http://www.howtoforge.com/perfect-server-opensuse-11.2-x86_64-ispconfig-2) modified for an i586 machine. I was elated when I was able to access the login screen from another machine on my network. However, I needed to do some work on my mysql database so I installed phpMyAdmin. Imagine my surprise when I tried to access it (http://192.168.1.2/phpMyAdmin) and the source code was displayed rather than the GUI. Have I installed something wrong, or is it possible that I missed something? I've gone back over my steps (even reinstalled it a couple of times) with no changes. I'll take any help I can get. Thanks, Jim
That happens because you disabled PHP globally. Please install the phpMyAdmin package for ISPConfig ( http://www.howtoforge.com/forums/showthread.php?t=43588 ).
Thanks for the quick help, though your answer begs the question - are there anymore packages out there I/we may need that have been rewritten specifically for ISPConfig?
