Not in the current relaese, but we plan such a option. The IP's are from various tables in ispconfig.
I'll add my vote to be able to disable the bloody thing. It's basically harassing me every time I go to update a zone record. It's especially obnoxious when you're on a small screen, like my netbook (which is my preferred/most used laptop)
