Ispconfig 3.0.5.4p9 to 3.1 - quota of unlimited database

Good Morning,
After I migrated to 3.1 ISPConfig all quotas of databases already created for my clients appear as unlimited.
But after I migrated to ISPConfig 3.1 I put limits on my templates. For example, 10000MB for quota database.
Editing a database I've seen that is the quota is as 0MB.
In this case the 10000MB quota template will be applied? Even if the panel is showing unlimited?
Or I'll have to make the quota on each base?
